So I purchased 2 balloon alphabet pendant necklaces and 2 pairs of the bigger the better tear drop earrings. The pendants were smaller than pictured. The earrings are substantial and ok. First- there was a buy 2 get one free special on at the time that did not process with my order. I emailed 3 times and DM'd via Instagram 3 times- GENERIC RESPONSE 1 TIME that did not or address the issue. Second- these items are shipped from CHINA not the Florida address on the website. The Florida address is a clearinghouse. Order was placed 11.26.23, order received 12.7.23. Overall I wouldn't order from Vlessi again, the non-existent customer service + not honoring their advertised special + shipping from China but saying the items are in Florida is a no for me. Buy at your own risk.
