Whomever is in charge of shipping for this company doesn't know what a garnet is. Sent me a blue stone. This happened twice even with my instructions. I called and emailed and received no answer. I do not recommend using this company

One star is too high. Ordered a garnet capricorn necklace and they sent blue topaz. No customer service. Ordered again. Put in notes make sure the stone is red garnet. They sent me blue again.

Horrific experience. The wrong necklace sent out twice which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I’ve asked for a refund and chased the support team on this for over a month and I’m not getting any response. Do not use this business! They seem to be a faceless money taking rip off merchant!

An empty box arrived! I’ve reported this and have been told ‘we will investigate’! Not sure what is to investigate? You sent me an empty box with no bracelet inside. You should be sending a replacement as a matter of urgency!
